 Patch Notes - Difficulty Update & New Features

This update introduces difficulty selection to tailor your survival experience, along with some quality-of-life additions and balance tweaks.

 New Feature: Difficulty Selection

Players can now choose from four difficulty levels when starting a new game. Each difficulty impacts damage taken, enemy health, hunger rate, and loot/gold systems:

 Easy

Player takes 25% less damage

Enemies have 25% less HP

Hunger depletes 50% slower

No gold loss on death

 Normal

Standard values (baseline experience)

 Hard

Player takes 50% more damage

Enemies have 50% more HP

Hunger depletes 50% faster

Enemies drop 50% more gold

Player loses 50% more gold on death

Slightly increased chance for higher quality gear

 Mistake

Player takes 100% more damage

Enemies have 150% more HP

Hunger depletes 100% faster

Enemies drop 100% more gold

All gold is lost on death

Random items from inventory are dropped on death

Moderately increased chance for higher quality gear

Some enemies and bosses can drop unique loot (exclusive to this difficulty)

 New Placeable: Target Dummy

Added a target dummy item that can be placed in the world

Useful for testing weapons, builds, and calculating damage output

 New UI Feature: DPS Counter

A real-time DPS counter has been added

Activates during combat and when hitting target dummies

Helps players analyze and optimize their damage

 1+ Equipment Slot

Players can now equip a second amulet

Provides more flexibility and combinations for stat bonuses and utility effects

 Bug Fixes & Balance

Fixed buff duration

Some enemies had their values balanced

Some Origin balancing

Other small adjustment and fixes.
